Data Facts, Inc Announces Integration with nowHIRE

Data Facts, Inc, a nationwide provider of background screening solutions and have entered into a strategic partnership to offer an end-to-end integrated solution that offers recruiting, sourcing, employment screening, drug screening, assessments, HRIS integration, WOTC integration and talent management on a single platform.

The strategic partnership will give organizations the ability to order Data Facts, Inc background checks and drug and health screening solutions through nowHIRE’s applicant tracking system. This solution will optimize recruiting workflows and improve compliance. The partnership is designed to help customers streamline their workforce acquisition process.

Data Facts, Inc joined forces with nowHIRE to combine a highly configurable applicant tracking system that offers hourly and salaried workflows and recruitment tools with its employment and drug screening solutions. The integration will enable clients to manage the complete screening and employment eligibility verification process, including ordering, management reports, document upload capabilities, and compliance tools through nowHIRE’s Web-based talent acquisition and applicant tracking system. The result will be a more streamlined hiring process. The integration is currently available to all Data Facts, Inc clients.
