HR.com Releases Leadership ePublication
HR.com, one of the largest Canadian human resource networks has developed a free online publication written in conjunction by thought leaders in the leadership arena listing the leadership excellence essentials covering 30 years of practice and theory. The publication will be offered on a monthly basis for 12 months and will present specialized tracks the provide a broad topical base of leadership content and potential solutions to corporate challenges.
the December issue of the publication is already online and features authors from all walks of the professional and academic arenas of leadership including, Ken Shelton, Julia Sloan, Vijay Govindarajan, Jatin Desai, Ken Perlman, Cori Hill, Richard Wellins, Jack Zenger, Bill Adams, Alan fine, Louis Carter, Bob Anderson, Irvine Buchen, Carol Goman, Ben Dattner, Judy Corner, T. Patrick Donnelly, Marshall Goldsmith, Patricia Wheeler , Alan Gregerman, Annmarie Neal, John C. Maxwell, Eric Lowitt, David A. Rude, and Pat Lencioni.
HR.com will offer a number of “excellence essentials publications” that will hopefully provide an interactive online experience with access to solutions based on surveys and benchmarked data, as well as online content, learning modules, and custom content geared towards companies that seek to develop their own content-based sites. HR.com also offers the personal excellence essentials and the sales and service excellence essentials each publications.
The Canadian company aims to provide additional targeted editions in the following months, including talent acquisition, HR strategy, planning, benefits and employee wellness, integrated talent management, reward and recognition, employee engagement, workforce management, time and attendance, technology enabled learning, legal and compliance, as well as core human resource information systems and payroll topics.
