HRO Today has released their top 13 providers of employee recognition and reward providers. Based on the responses from the listed firms’ clients, this short list of companies represents the best in service, value and scope of services. This is the 5th year in a row that Symbolist has been listed. Human Resource professionals looking for companies to talk with about their employee engagement needs should check out this list of possible partners provided by HRO Today Baker’s Dozen.
According to Tom Miller, the company’s President and founder, “Being on the list for the fifth time is testament to the team we have assembled and the effort and focus we give our clients’ every day. We truly believe we can make a difference and help companies make their work place a place people want to be. And obviously, our clients think we do.”
Based on an online survey sent to current recognition and reward clients, the HRO Baker’s Dozen solicits a variety of ratings related to quality of service, size of the program, scope of capabilities and an overall ranking. The list includes many of the largest providers in the industry and some names that many larger buyers may not have considered before but should now be watching.
“Our ongoing focus on helping companies be more ‘human’ first is really helping create the environment for innovation and engagement. All the technology in the world can’t help if you can’t connect with people on a human scale. We help do that first – and that is what our clients think separates us from those that just sell a recognition system,” said Miller. “And that is why we’re once again listed in the Baker’s Dozen.”
Symbolist prides itself on the providing a complete solution from customized communications and support to easy to implement platforms to measure and manage a company’s engagement efforts.
