Talent Rover, a provider of cloud-based software used to manage the recruiting process, announced today the official opening of its new London, UK office. The London office will continue to expand the company’s European presence and meet the growing demand for staffing and recruitment software that addresses the needs of a rapidly globalizing industry.
Over the past year, Talent Rover has taken significant steps to serve the European market. The company’s global expansion began in April 2013 with the opening of its first London office. Later that year, an office was opened in Dublin, Ireland to host the global support team. The new office in London’s Bank District will host a complete team of sales and operations professionals dedicated to Talent Rover’s client-base in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Steve Harris, Talent Rover’s first European Enterprise Account Executive, has transitioned into a new role, Director of EMEA Sales, and will be responsible for managing the new London office. With over 25 years of recruiting experience in the European market, Harris brings a true understanding of the business and technological challenges faced by staffing and recruitment organisations. Prior to joining Talent Rover, Harris was the Founding Director of Imnet, specializing in IT recruitment. In addition to directing his own firm for 20 years, Harris held recruitment and management roles at several UK- based firms.
“Before Talent Rover, there was no software in the European market that could successfully manage small size and enterprise level firms,” said Harris. “Having managed a recruitment business, I know how frustrating it is to work with multiple software solutions that can’t support the full recruitment workflow, and I’ve seen how inadequate technology can take time away from making sales, finding talent and securing placements. I’m proud to lead Talent Rover’s growth in a market where it is clearly needed.”
